About the project
Through the Eyes of a Death Doula is a documentary that explores the role of end-of-life doulas. These are individuals who help guide and support those who are in the process of dying by providing necessary holistic care and advocating for a patient's choices.
Death is never easy to discuss; it's a particularly sensitive and challenging topic, but it's a universal experience we all share. By de-stigmatizing conversations around death and dying, we can empower people to take control of their own end-of-life choices and provide the necessary resources that will equip individuals with tools to navigate grief when the time comes.
We are all born and we will all die.
